Rented a U-Haul from Phils on Saturday 6/27 to move a brand new Bosch refrigerator in packaging and a new bed. Both the bed and Fridge were located in clean heated storage. The Uhual was in horrible dirty condition as was Phil's garage. The owners office is dirty, smelly, disgusting. A disgusting guy worked there on Saturday. I returned the van after traveling 10 miles, had it maybe 3 hours. It was raining so it was a tough day to move furniture. Anyway, the disgusting guy asked if I would prefer that he email me my receipt and not complete the transaction in person. I should have been scared but I said okay. This dirty gross old pig of a guy charged an additional $25 cleaning fee for the van. This from some shop that was so dirty and gross and disgusting. I'm so pissed that I didn't go the U-Haul supercenter in Plymouth. Phils never again for anything.

Picked up a uhaul truck on Saturday Nov 8, The man in the front office was waiting on a woman who was there before us. She was given a set of keys for a van and a few seconds later returned saying the keys would not work. The man behind the desk became enraged and jumped up swearing while he slammed his chair across the room almost knocking down his printer he stormed out the door to the van and could not get the key to work either. This enraged him further and while being very rude to the woman also began on my daughter and me. I will never use this business again for uhaul or for car service there was no reason to treat customers like that.
