All are ASE Certified, of whom 3 have their ASE Master Certification and lots of dealer experience. Put this great group of technicians together with the top of the line tools they have access to and you are sure to get timely and accurate repairs. It's no wonder they have some of the industries leading affiliations like AAA, ASE Blue Seal, BBB Accredited, and are a AC Delco Service Center. I like the service and have been going there for years. My wife recently bought tires at the Quick Lube, Waited for the tires to be delivered from the 400 Nilles Rd location they were mounted then she had to drive her car to the 400 Nilles Rd, location to get them balanced/alignment. Seems that it would have been easier (for her) to get the whole thing done at the Nilles Rd. location as she had to wait a little more to get that part done. Oh well I guess it didn't seem that efficient. Probably still go there in the future thought I would just let you know.
we are very upset about several things but especially the last visit. We will never returning and tell everyone we know about the past events. We brought 2004 van in because of clicking noise. We were told we needed a new transmission to the tune of $3800.00!! We tried to get an explanation of how they came to that conclusion and Chad just told us that Roger is the transmission expert and he knows. They didn't drop the pan or take it apart just hooked up to computer. We were absolutely distraught over this news. We just spent $3000 in February on repairs and now this. Since the van drives ok and shifts ok, we took it to another reputable service station. They had two separate technicians look at it. We did not tell them Pfefferle's diagnosis. They said there was nothing wrong with the transmission!!!! The engine mounts were worn and the engine was flexing whole shifting into 3rd gear causing the clicking noise! Never again Pfefferele!
