First time visitor. I was satisfied with the service.
I went the first time about lunchtime. They could not help me because of lunch but made an appointment for me.
I went the second time and they diagnosed my problem and helped make some fixes. They took forever to get me my car back. They seemed more interested on the telephone and on employees than in customer service.

Our frustration with this experience is that the shop insisted on doing a comprehensive auto inspection of the car and listed so may items including replacing all fluids that needed to be done. The original quote for everything was very extensive. We had just had the car in for service 1 month prior. Since this was an emergency situation and not in our home town, we really just wanted to focus on getting the car fixed. We took the car to our Honda dealer and one other repair shop afterwards and they both reviewed the reports and said that the fluids, etc. were fine and other than replacing the hose, the other work was not required. We felt the estimated work was taking advantage of the emergency situation and having to bring the car in at this shop.

Well we understand that some may feel this way but when we use the best parts, offer the best warranty in town, have great customer service, continuously pay for training and equipment and have a nice facility there is a cost to that and that is the standard we like to hold. Quotes really high for repairs. I found 3 other places that could do it for half the price.
You may be right but we can not compromise the quality of our repairs and service to save a few dollars because it usually costs more in the long run. Anyhow we do appreciate the business and if you need anything we are here for you.

They charged me to test my a/c, and only charged me that. They released some pressure from the system which was the issue it had. Im greatful they did not try to charge me extra for simply doing that.
