Question: Periodically starts and dies.

Occasionally with the engine warm, it will start and immediately die. If moved backward in neutral, about one truck length, or if left sitting 2-3 hours, it will start rite up and run great. Happens with no warning. Have replaced the fuel filter, pump relay and TPS. Bewildered...

    Put a fuel pressure gauge on the vehicle when it acts up. Sounds like a classic fuel pump failure.

    Fuel pressure is 40 psi. Funny how it starts-up and runs great if moved backwards a truck length or so. Good thought Brian, thank you for your input.
