Performance Wise is not your typical shop; we are real mechanics - not parts replacer's. We will invest our time to diagnose your vehicle and follow up with you to explain our findings and your options before we replace any parts or perform any service. We will inspect all the components associated with the defective part(s) to identify other factors that may be contributing to the problem, making sure it is fixed right the first time. We back all work with a minimum of a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty, parts & labor regardless of the manufactures warranty. If the manufactures warranty is greater than 12 months we match it, if they offer no warranty we still cover it for 12 months.
