The PCM power relay is the furthest most relay opposite of the PCM diode; unfortunately, from the old diagram that I am reading, I cannot tell if it is the front or rear of the battery junction box. The circuit that is blowing the fuse is circuit 361 (red in color) which powers a whole host of PCM controlled components. I have personally had a transmission solenoid pack short out causing this concern. Try unplugging the trans control solenoid (passenger side behind a removable heat shield) and installing in a new fuse. I hope this helps.
