I RECIEVED A RECALL FOR THE PCM ON MY TRUCK IT IS A 6.4 DIESEL AND TOOK IT TO THE GARAGE AND GOR IT REPROGRAMMED FOR THE RECALL AND NOW THE DEALERSHIP IS UNABLE TO GET MY TRUCK STARTED AND IT HAS BEEN IN THERE FOR 4 DAYS TODAY AND IT WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO BE A SIMPLE 30 MINUTE FIX THAT HAS NOW TAKEN 4 DAYS AND THEY ARE NO CLOSER TO FIGURING ANYTHING OUT

Tell them you want a replacement car while your car is off the road. They have access to the Ford technical hot line and have resources at hand to "fix" your truck. Sounds like the computer is damaged.
Sometimes what happens during the course of reprogramming the processors is that battery power is lost, or communication fails between the diagnostic tool and the processors. This is probably what happened for your truck. When this happens, there is no way to get things back without replacing an appropriate module. Like Patrick said, keep pressure on the dealership to be helpful to you. This is not your fault...
I HAVE BEEN KEEPING PRESSURE ON THEM CALLING STOPPING IN ASKING FOR A VEHICLE TO DRIVE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE AND I EVEN CALLED FORD BUT ALL THEY DID WAS CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND GET THE SAME INFO I HAVE BEEN GETTING WHICH IS BASICALLY I HAVE BEEN WORKING HARD TO GET IT WORKING BUT THE DEALER DIDNT TELL FORD THAT THEY TOOK THE MECHANIC OFF THE TRUCK WHO WAS WORKING ON IT DUE TO OTHER VEHICLES NEEDING WORKED ON AND THE OWNER SAYS HE WAS WORKING ON IT BUT THE PHONES ARE CONSTANTLY RINGING SO ITS BASICALLY THE SAME THING THEY JUST DONT CARE AND NEITHER DOES FORD I HAVE ASJED THEM TO REPLACE THE COMPUTER BUT THEY HAVE REFUSED
