1998 Ford Ranger Question: Pcm is not saving the monitors

my truck can`t pass smog inspection due to 5 incomplete monitors finally complete all cycles and I turn engine off and the monitors there gone, is like memory on the CPM is no good. any suggestions on what the problem could be will be appreciated.

    Does the radio lose preset's and clock lose time when key is switched off?? P1000 code???

    No Codes ,and its not the original radio anymore.

    P1000 is Ford's code for monitors incomplete!! Have it scan tested with a professional scanner! Not just a code reader hooked up....Now does anything else lose memory when the key is switched off.??? Stereo, clock etc...?
