Took truck in for starting issues when truck got warm and they had to run it multiple times for 20-30 minutes at their shop plus take it out and run it to diagnose the problem. Put new starter in and I went to pick up truck today and it wouldn't start after I had already paid them for the work. Reason for that was they had run my truck out of gas by letting it run so long multiple times and yet they couldn't put enough fuel in it just to get me to a gas station. I understand that diagnostics can include having to run and drive the vehicle at the shop, but if a customer has a car towed into your shop with fuel in it and your shop runs it dry then I feel they are responsible for at least putting in enough fuel to get you to a station and just add the cost of the couple of gallons of gas to the bill and I would have been happy to pay it. Instead, I was told that I had to go find a container, go to a gas station and then come back and put fuel in my truck just to get it home from the shop after paying them over $300 to do repairs on it. Then when I went in to get my keys back from the manager, he wouldn't even speak to me - just handed me the keys and basically shooed me out of his office. He had his money and he couldn't be bothered with speaking to me any more. Terrible customer service and will never go back again.
