don't use this place. they do unauthorized repairs. i had to report them to the attorney general's office. they screwed up my car

Hello! When did you bring the car in? What kind of car? Looking back on our invoices we cannot find any cars with unauthorized repairs or unsatified customers, please provide us with additional information. We have been in business since 1999 and have never completed any unauthorized repairs.

My daughter needed some work on her car. As a parent, I always worry about her safety but knew if I took her car here, we would receive the best care! I am a regular customer. I have been going here for years. I would never go anywhere else! Not only is this shop the place to take my car, they are now what I would call my friends. They have never taken advantage of me. They are truly geniunely honest, knowledgable people.

Yesturday my power preesure steering hose started leaking and my car didnt run anymore today I towed my car to this place i found on here and they where the best and quickest to repair it and they are so affordable I really appreciate this place and recommend it to everyone!!!

I was having a major problem with my cobalt and I did'nt know what was happening and I did not know where to go because its hard to find a mechanic that u can trust I found Paul's auto service while I was checking online and I saw he had great reviews and decided I would go check it out and when I got there they were very pleasant and efficiant with me they diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it quickly and reasonably and now it is working FANTASTIC I could'nt be happier with the service I recieved I recommond them to everyone now..so if u have any car problems u should go to Pauls auto service they r great!!!!!

I found this auto repair shop on this site. There were so many to choose from but I can honestly say, I made the CORRECT choice. Not only did my car get fixed, they were kind and friendly. They were very knowledgable and honest. I will definitely pass them along to all my friends and family!

I found this shop on Repair Pal and I was very happy! I usually don't write reviews, however, I am very satisfied with this shop. I had my front brakes replaced and they also checked my rear ones. I asked them to check my fluids and they did without hesitation! Very pleased! I will refer all friends and family!

Paul's Auto Service
took my car in cause of a pothole messed up my alignment. they diagnosed it and turns out that there was a bent control rod. they even showed me the part that was bent. and quoted me a great price for a new rod and alignment. oh and this was for a 07 BMW. John even test drove the car with me to make sure everything was good. soo i highly recommend them to anyone. also will come back again!

My car needed work so I took it to this shop. I do not know much about cars but they took the time to clearly explain what my car needed. The explained it so I could easily understand car "jargon." I appreciate the time and patience that they took with me. My car has never run better! The are very thorough and knowledgable. I am definitely referring my friends and family!!
