I have had my car in their shop about three times. This has to be the worst service department I have had the displeasure of being in. My mom has been a service department manager for 15 years so I know how it should be run. Paul Miller Mazda makes appointments and even if your a waiter they still take far to ling to get your car in and to complete the repairs. I had a 8:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation, waited 5 hrs and they forgot to rotate the tires. Told me it would take an he to get that done cause techs were on other cars.
Another time I was told a part needed to be fixed and was given a price. I set up a time to bring the car back in. After a 2 hr wait I'm informed that they misquoted the price by a few hundred dollars. I will never return to this shop again, not even for a recall I'll drive to Ohio first. Their sales men are just as worthless I walked around their lot for 40min one day with my wife and daughter not one sales men talked to us or asked if we had any questions. Been the same any time I've had my car in for repairs and wondered around the lot while wait. Been on the lot 4 times never once has a sales men spoken with me.
