Question: Passenger window/ Soft Top

Rookie

The passenger window will not go up or down,but if we power it from the control module to the window it goes up our down. Also top will only come up half way.

My alarm system goes off intermittently while i am driving
18 inch rims on car when bought, newly installed michelin 245/40 zr 18 tires .
Why is my roll bar stop coming up or down?
will initially start and soon stall driving or turning till warn
I can turn the steering wheel 1/4 turn before the wheels move.
