All of a sudden our passenger side door won't lock or unlock with the remote, nor will it respond when we use the driver's side manual lock (all of the doors are supposed to lock when you push the it down and the passenger side won't). In addition to this we can't arm the security system unless we manually lock the passenger door. Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? The actuator, by chance?

It probably is the door lock actuator. It should have a switch in it that when locked, tells the alarm that it is OK to arm the system. Just make sure that the actuator does include the switch, it may be separate from the actuator.

ditto, same thing on the 03 pilot. Essentially its a bad actuator, $200-300 to fix or you could try it on your own, which appears to be a challenge for about half of that. Or you can manually lock that door, that's what I do... Actually, all my doors in the summer time erractically respond to the remote, they all work fine with the driver door master lock, minus the driver's pax side, which has no response. I just live with it, dont plan on fixing it anytime soon, it does not effect the vehicle's performance.

You may want to go ahead and replace the actuator. I was told that it could cause the other actuators to fail. I let it go for several months when the back left passenger actuator failed, and then my front passenger actuator failed. It may have been coincidental...

actuators are around $40 at an autopart store, the dealer wanted 170 + labor....
