Question: Passenger & rear window don't work----sometimes!!!!

Not to often, but sometimes the passenger window doesen't work. Could that make the check engine light come on?

    No. The "Check Engine" light will only illuminate for an emissions related problem.

    That will have nothing to do with your check engine light. Computers monitor sensors and when they fail the the check engine light will come on. The sensors watch to make sure the vehicle is running at optimal conditions. If you windows sometimes don't work, you make have an electrical problem.
