 Rookie

My front passenger door will not open all the way. It's not the lock. I can not remove the door panel because the door is closed. Any suggestions

  Does it open at all - even a little? From what you are saying it sounds like a binding issue at the hinge, but if the latch is not releasing it could be a door lock actuator or latch issue indeed.
