passanger power seat will not respond to controls on door. it is locked in position. Manually i can move the seat so a person and enter the back seat.

MasterStart by checking the fuses. it may be a simple as a blown fuse after that the electrical circuit would have to be checked to see if the switch or motors have failed. Look under the seat to make sure nothing is jammed under the seat of no electric harness has become undone. Look in your owner's manual for fuse identification and fuse box location.
