Where is blower motor and regulator located and how do you access it?

    In the back of the engine compartment there is a long plastic cover...side to side. Remove this cover and on the passenger side your will see the cabin filter. Lift out the filter and you will see the regulator, which I recently replaced (very expensive) and the blower motor below it.
