    I feel completely misled and lied to and am particularly upset with Drey for not only going behind the back of another salesmen (CJ) but also giving me a false quote. not only did he insist that OTEHR dealerships were liars but he insisted he was straightforward and truthful. in the end, he proved to be the one that is disloyal. you have wasted my time, effort, energy, and money and have officially lost my business. Totally disappointing how you guys operate.

    I BROUGHT MY 2008 KIA TO PARKWAY FAMILY KIA FOR MY OIL CHANGE.THEY TOOK ME WITH OUT A APPT.NOT ONLY WERE THEY QUICK I ALSO GOT A FREE CAR WASH.THEY ALSO ADVISE ME OF MY FUTURE VECHILE MAINTANCE WITHOUT TRYING TO SELLING ME A BUNCH OF STUFF.THEY JUST LET ME KNOW WHAT NEEDED ATTENTION.ITS NICE TO HAVE THAT KINDA OF STAFF THAT CARES FOR ME INSTEAD OF MY WALLET.I WILL BE TELLING MY FREINDS ABOUT PARKWAY FAMILY KIA CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL I KNOW.

    Parkway Family Kia has a very professional atmosphere. My service advisor, Mark, did a great job greating me, writing my repair order and addressed all of my concerns. I will be going back for more serve. They did not try to sell me thing I did not need.
