what is the cost of replacing the panel cluster - the rpm and speedometer is malfunctioning

    did you have it verified that it is the cluster??
    a shop with a scanner can check the cluster and manipulate all the guages and lights to verify they are working correctly.
    i would check this first before replacing the cluster.
    the cluster can either be sent out to be repaired, which means your car would be disabled for a period of time or get a new one for a lot more money.

    the repaired unit would run about 350 plus 1 hour in labor.
    the new unit is up around 600 or more depending on options with the same 1 hour in labor.

    Thank you Roy. We did have a mechanic confirm that the cluster needed to be replaced. His estimate cost including labor was $450. Just wanted to see if he was in the ballpark.
