Bought used 09 E350 ext pass van, 25,000 mi. At speeds above 60mph, there is a painful vacuum-like pressure in our ears. Similar to flying in airplane. 2 dealers accepted the problem- 1 said that's the way it is, 2nd said don't know.

MasterDoes it do this when the front window is only partially open? If yes, open a rear window it works on my folks Caravan.
