Pacific Auto Service, with its team of experienced service technicians, has kept vehicles running smoothly in the San Diego area since 1996. Their service advisers will take the time to listen to your concerns and make sure all of your needs are taken care of. The team of technicians is very experienced (averaging about 20 years) and keep abreast of all the latest technology by attending classes regularly. Pacific will do everything from oil changes to a complete engine overhaul, all with a 12-month/12,000 mile nationwide warranty. You'd be hard-pressed to find the same level of expertise that their auto mechanic specialists provide.

  They're really friendly. They were available to explain things to me because I'm not very car literate, so I felt good about that.

  Everyone there was very nice and I felt comfortable with them working on my car. They explained everything that was wrong with it and what needed to be fixed. I didn't feel like they were just trying to take my money. I felt like they were honest and that they would take care of me.

  It would be nice, if they had extra time, if they offered an extra service like vacuuming or washing the car for free.

  The guys that I worked with are great and nice. They explain to me what they did and showed me what the problem was and the parts and everything. Yeah, it was great!

  I have no complaints. They were very professional. They had a very nice waiting room. Everyone was just very professional and I appreciated it. Also, they had quoted me a price and the actual price was about $5 dollars over and he knocked off the $5. It wasn't much money, but it was nice to have that knocked off.

  I made a note on their Internet booking. If you make notes on there, they never receive them (they don't always get additional notes you leave on their site).
