2004 Hyundai Santa Fe Question: P0335 check engine light

My car stalled out i was able to restart it but after a few trys the diagnosis code is P0335 what does this mean -

This is a Crank Shaft Position Sensor fault. Faulty sensor could cause the stall because its signal is absolutely necessary for the ECM to calculate ignition and injection timing. Zee -

zeetech knows his stuff. My 2004 santa fe stalled a couple of times and then wouldn't start. I was able to finally get it started and bring it in with the check engine light on. the mechanic diagnosed it as the crank shaft position sensor ($300 for the part $200 labour in Canada) -
