 Rookie

I have a 1997 Ford Thunderbird, running rough and nearly stalling, but it stays alive. The trouble code is P0300, but that's the only one there is, no others are stored. I checked the plugs, they are carbon fouled slightly and very very slightly oil fouled, but they are otherwise good. The coils are putting out a healthy spark, battery is good, and the wires are all in tact.

Any ideas on what could be my problem?
