The AAmco company replaced 2 oxygen sensors in my car and the engine light still came back on - are there more oxygen sensors or could something else be doing it?

2000 Ford Taurus Question: Oxygen sensors - how many are there

This means that the shop did not diagnose the underlying problem that is causing the check engine light to come on. http://repairpal.com/check-engine-light
You need a different shop that can find the underlying problem, and not just replace the oxygen sensors because they are seeing an oxygen sensor code. You can go back to the Aamco and insist that they help you complete the repair that they started and did not finish, or you can take your car somewhere else where you can get better diagnostic help.
