Gerald Overstreet has done an excellent job in putting all the pieces together to make this a Top Shop. He is an ASE certified Master Technician and has assembled a team of very experienced technicians who are well trained and have been working together for many years. This shop is focused on great customer service with a stated goal of "100% customer satisfaction", and the excellent results from the customer surveys we conducted show us they are achieving this lofty goal! In addition to cars and light trucks, they also work on motor homes! Customer amenities include a local shuttle service, a clean comfortable waiting room with WiFi access is available should you decide to wait while your vehicle is being serviced.

  They were dealing with Ford motor company and Ford screwed up. They sent the transmission but they didn't send the other parts with it, so they had my rig sitting on their lift for over two weeks waiting for parts. I would probably take it back to Overstreet.

  I recommend Overstreet. They do a good job. The quality of the work was great. It took a couple of extra days for a repair that would take a day, but he did explain why. He put my car aside to work on someone else's car.

  They were very thorough on future work that I may have wanted done in the future. They go over a maintenance plan with me on future work. All the mechanics there are just great and I recommend them to anybody, not just family.

  There was a problem with a belt after the initial repair. I took the car back and they repaired it without question. I would highly recommend them. Its too bad the level of service they give isn't given by everyone.
