1999 Honda Civic Question: overheating 99 civic....
I flushed radiator, new therm.,fan relay switch, fan still didnt always work so i wired straight to battery. Polarity,(direction of blades), differs. Could it be a sensor, the one near the therm? Should cooling fan Blow air into radiator or pull and blow air into block area? - The Jake

How often is it necessary to cange the timing belt & water pump. My car is a `99 Honda Civic with a little over 108,000 miles on it. They've each been changed with the last 5 or 6 years
