overheating on 2005 Dodge Magnum

inside indicator saying that the car is overheating but the car is not actually running hot. is this an electronic problem?

sounds like a faulty temperature sensor.

change the waterpump and sealer, thermalstat with gasket, balancer pulley, timing belt, check raditor is fine, fans come on. and the head gaskets are fine so what can it be. Please help?????
