overheating on 1997 Dodge Ram Van 2500

van is overheating i tried to drain radiator yet the drain seems to be sealed is the problem likely that the radiator needs replacement or is this problem more likely to be thermostate or water pump

Overheating problem could be anything related to cooling system, even if the thermostat is not the prob replace it anyways because of the repeated overheating. Could have low coolant, coolant flow, fan clutch, thermostat, water pump probs, etc. Have inspected at a qualified shop and go from there. Or you can do what some do and throw parts at it and see what sticks. Good luck.
