overheating on 1991 Mazda Protege

Car is overheating. It will stay at temp when drivin at 65 on highway. Water is moving in radiator, big fan is working on back of radiator.

I suspect that your radiator is partially clogged and not cooling well. These radiators can get the lower tubes clogged and it looks like water's circulating in the top but it isn't through the lower tubes. Feel the radiator core when the engine's warmed up, if you feel that the lower areas are cold and the upper areas are hot, suspect clogging.
