overheating on 2002 Ford Taurus

my electric fans will not turn on even when the vehicle has run for several minutes....I replaced the temp switch and i am still stumped+-

I wouldn't go replacing any other parts, focus on diagnosing this first. Check to see if the fan are getting voltage to the connector at the motor and troubleshoot accordingly. Is the engine overheating?

No it is nopt overheating but when the cap is off the coolant tank it is boiling over and shooting out.... i think i may have a bad therm...

i just recently worked on a 1996 ford taurus there is a black box located on the side of the battery box called the ccrm constant control relay module the fan relays for slow and high speed are located in that box they could possibly be bad check that to see if the functional tests are correct for that specific model
