Question: over heating problems

I bought a 1999 pontiac grand prix we changed the thermostat and put a new radiator in. It seems like the water pump and fans are working. What else could cause this problem? I could go 2 miles down the road and it starts over heating.

  a serious clog in another part of the cooling system, or you have alot of air in your hoses and they need burped.
