replaced thermostat.fans work ,cant find any leaks

  My car is over heating and I've changed heater core, thermostat,radiator and waterpump.

  my car is saying engine over heating a/c off and making this bubbly sound like boiling water under the hood. no smoking, no small with the oil,no color to the oil and it's has 110,000 miles

• Where is the location of the heat sensor on this Northstar vehicle to replace it
  The gauge registers 300 degrees but the water doesnt boil over and motor doesnT get hot.
