OUTSIDE TEMP on 2006 Ford Explorer

CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE THE OUTSIDE TEMP SENSOR IS? THE READINGS ARE 10-15 DEGREES HIGHER.

outside air temperature is reading high 30-40f when engine if off it "seems" to work close to the real temp...where is it located so I might try to replace it
