    I purchased my vehicle there, new. I have taken the Prius there for every service except two. I had a problem with my daughter's 2006 Scion and the service team promised to pay for the $60 towing bill. They never did, so I changed to another Toyota dealership (same ownership). The service manager there took care of getting the $60 towing bill paid. Generally I have had great service. I'm sure that I pay more at the dealership than at an independent repair shop, but with my hybrid, I have taken no chances. Love my car! Love the gas mileage!
