2008 Volkswagen Jetta Question: Our Jetta"s horn wont blow.Started about two weeks ago, now the airbag wont.

We are thinking this is a fuse problem but where/ or grounding?

    If the airbag light is on and the horn will not work, then most likely problem is the clockspring inside the steering wheel. Have the Airbag module scanned for any fault codes and that will tell you right away.
