  It is great to hear that the people who have written these reviews have had positive experiences. I am a retired auto mechanic who has lived in this area for twenty years. It is rare that I bring my cars in for repair, as I do all of my own work. Once a year I need to have my cars inspected, so by recommendation I brought my car to Osceola. A week before I brought my car in I had replaced the CV joints on both sides of the car. When I went to pick the car up after the inspection the service manager took me outside to show me that the rubber boot had a rip in it and that the CV joint should be replaced. The boot had been cut with a razor knife. I have spoken to a number of people who have experienced similar situations. I have been told by many that they rarely walk out of Osceola without being told that something other than what they have come in for needs repair. It is unfortunate that many people confuse friendly with honest.

  I am new to the area and was asking my neighbors where to take my car, they all said...Osceola Garage. I gave them a try and found out why everyone was going there. The people are great, they do what they say they are going to do and the price was excatly what they said is was going to be. Plus they fixed and exhaust rattle that my previous mechanic could not find!! Those guys are great. Now I know why everyone goes to Osceola Garage.

  I brought my car to Osceola Garage after bringing it to several other repair shops and dealerships for a check engine light which no one could repair. Not only were they able to repair it but they completed the job in the same day. Everyone was warm, friendly and highly professional. The owner met with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would recommend everyone here!

  I have taking my cars to Osceola Garage for over 25 years and can't find a better repair shop anywhere. There staff is the best and they are always there for me. This is a place you can trust with your life.

  Avoid these people like the plague unless you're looking to get ripped off.
  Had repair done on 2005 trailblazer - a bit pricey but fairly rapid. Took my 2000 trailblazer there to get it fixed up for my daughter. First they told me it would cost between 2500 and 3000 to fix and probably wasn't worth putting the money into it. I asked for a detailed estimate and they responded an hour later with a written estimate for 6500. They also sell used cars and I believe they were just trying to convince me to give up on it so they could do me a favor and dispose of it.
  I had all the repairs they quoted me for done at Mavis around the corner for 1250 (less than they'd estimated at 1500).
  I will concur on waiting room - it's a comfortable place to sit while you're waiting to get screwed over.

  We were so happy with the service we received here. Staff was very friendly, courteous and did a great job explaining the issues with our vehicle. Waiting room is very clean and everyone was so professional. A great place!!!!! Will recommend to all our friends and family. What a refreshing change from other shops we have been to.
