On Track's well trained and experienced staff is exactly what we are looking for in a Top Shop. They are a NAPA Auto Care Center, Gold Shield Smog Check Station, Green Certified, and now a RepairPal Top Shop! In the shop they have an apprentice who can learn from the seasoned group of technicians, ensuring the future of the long standing tradition this shop has for quality work and great customer service. Owner Mike handles most of the service writing duties and will most likely greet you when you call or stop in. They offer a local shuttle service and after hours drop off is also available should the need arise.
Message from the Shop
Computer check engine light diagnostic and repair. Full services including; tune up's, brakes, tires, clutches, water pumps and timing belt replacement. We are a BAR certified Star Smog Test and Repair Station including repairing vehicles under the (Customer Assistance Program). We also service and restore vintage muscle cars like GTO's Charger's and Camero's.

Absolutely amazing service! I travel frequently to the Bay Area and have a car there to make it back and forth to my commuter apartment. The water pump started making grinding noises, and I knew it was about to die. I didn't know any shops or have any recommendations in the area, and I found RepairPal on the internet. I quickly found On Track Automotive. It was close by and highly rated. I brought the car in and despite the fact that they were really busy that day, they found the time to look at my car. They gave me an estimate and I agreed. But I needed to fly out of town that night. They offered to drive my car back to my apartment for me, saying we could figure something out. The next day they called and said the car was finished. They gave me the final total: under the estimate (which already was pretty cheap!) They called again to let me know the car was in the parking lot at my apartment, and again to let me know the key was in the mail to me here in Seattle. Well, I just received it today, because they sent it Express Mail Overnight! These people are unbelievably nice, and really practice outrageously good service. They didn't just take care of me. They made my day!
