Absolutely amazing service! I travel frequently to the Bay Area and have a car there to make it back and forth to my commuter apartment. The water pump started making grinding noises, and I knew it was about to die. I didn't know any shops or have any recommendations in the area, and I found RepairPal on the internet. I quickly found On Track Automotive. It was close by and highly rated. I brought the car in and despite the fact that they were really busy that day, they found the time to look at my car. They gave me an estimate and I agreed. But I needed to fly out of town that night. They offered to drive my car back to my apartment for me, saying we could figure something out. The next day they called and said the car was finished. They gave me the final total: under the estimate (which already was pretty cheap!) They called again to let me know the car was in the parking lot at my apartment, and again to let me know the key was in the mail to me here in Seattle. Well, I just received it today, because they sent it Express Mail Overnight! These people are unbelievably nice, and really practice outrageously good service. They didn't just take care of me. They made my day!
