i installed a lower intake gasket on a 1995 ford explorer how mant times do I need to troque it do I need to troque it again after I drive it It still idle up and down a little

It requires to be torqued 3 times. What sequence did you use?

I torque the lower intake 1st time 72in lbs 2nd time 144inch lbs 3rd time 192inch lbs what ius the best way to torque the fuel rail to keep it lined up

132 in lbs should be 2nd torque.be sure to use Ford sealant in corners. Possible cracked intake.try smoking the vehicle to double check for vaccum leak.

once I used sealant on the fel-pro gasket i had a problem then I called them then they told me that no sealant is to be used and that it would cause the gasket that is made on the lower gasket not to seal. I used the fel-pro gasket that has the black gasket that is made on the valley pan
