Question: oil,syntheic or not

with all the hype will syntheic oil gain me anything.I have 100,000 miles and it runs perfect,Overall the car is mint.

    Synthetic oil is better, it will create less friction in the motor, which decreases wear, increases longevity and increases fuel mileage, but If you have the oil changed regularly (every 5,000-7,500 miles) and use good quality oil, you probably won't see any negative results.
