An engine oil leak may develop from the rear of the engine. This is commonly caused by a failed oil pump drive o-ring seal. The leaking o-ring should be replaced to correct this concern.

oil leak looks like rear main seal but i had 3.1 done this check at throttle look down round object with a fork with a bolt oil pump shalf o ring replace stop s leak plus 3.4 eng calls too remove head too fix theres a trick too fix shaft can be pulled up enough too clean and full area gasket maker fill i used whole tube fixed
My oil pump went out and threw a rod and blew the engine up at the same time.
