oil pressure on 1997 Dodge Avenger

valve cover was leaking oil. replaced cover gasket and pcv valve. not leaking oil but the oil pressure drops when running?

If the oil pressure problem occurred right after this repair, then you may have accidentally disrupted the wire to the oil pressure sending unit, or you dropped something (gasket material?) inside the engine and it has plugged up the oil passageway inside the engine. You will need to check the wire to the sender and check the engine oil pressure to determine what is wrong.
