1990 Volkswagen Cabriolet Question: oil pan leaks large amounts of oil still

mom has a carmen gia it,s a 68 she took it in to have the oil pan fixed car was at shop for allmost 6 months came back with the same problem how ever they put 4 new tires on it and did not fix problem because it still leaks pools of oil i think i could swim in it!and its not what she asked for!"she the best customer we have"red flag mom!Please they all so gave her a brake job she did not need and charged her for it.my mom is 75

    Report it to the BAR, Bureau of Automotive Repair, if you are not able to reason with the shop that performed the work.

    If you asked specifically for the oil pan to be fixed, and that was not the cause of the oil leak, the shop cannot be held responsible for your diagnoses. Verble approval is needed for additional repairs, make sure that your mom, knows wether she has. Speak to the shop and use the threat of the Bureau of Automotive Repair as a last resort
