1996 Chevrolet S10 Question: oil pan

ive taken all 10 bolts out of oil pan do i need to loosen the timing belt cover to get the oil pan to drop down icant get it to drop down i need to do this to change the oil pump -

You may try gently tapping on the oil pan because there may be some gasket sealant holding on to it. BUT, make SURE that all bolts are removed!! Good Luck! -
