I had my oil changed at the dealer at 10K miles and they put a sticker to change it again at 20K, but my light is on to perform maintenance now at 15K...what should I do?

Your 2010 RX vehicle came from the factory with FULL synthetic oil. If you changed your oil at the dealer, they used FULL synthetic oil as well... you do not need to change your oil again for 10,000 miles. You still need to rotate your tires every 5,000 miles, which is why Lexus left the maintenance reminder light setting for every 5,000 miles. So, at 15k, all you need to do is rotate your tires. You might want to also balance them and replace the cabin a/c filter.
The FACT is, the manufacturer's recommended oil change interval is 5000 miles, even with the full synthetic 0W20 oil. That's why the service reminder set to 5000 miles interval, the maintenance book will also indicate the same.
If something happens to the engine during the warranty period and you can't prove the regular maintenance (5K oil changes with the recommended 0W20 or 5W20 oil) the warranty will be VOID by Lexus in a heart beat.
Check your resources before you are giving out bad advice. I would not compromise the warranty of my clients, nor the users of RepairPal.
