 Rookie

my oil symbol stays on after i shut off the car. if i turn the key back on and then off again it goes off. i checked my oil level and it is fine. any ideas what it could be??

   Master

  I would have your Instrument Cluster scanned by a good BMW shop. Then you will KNOW what is wrong. PCIs (printed circuit boards) often go out in BMW Clusters and Instrument Clusters.

  This problem started yesterder on my car. I am at the dealer and I was informed that I need to replace the filter housing gasket, vanos line and crush rings
