tough to answer with any true accuracy but with oil leaks you start at the top(valve cover gaskets/rear cam plugs ect.) as oil runs down and will appear to be something else and fool you and cost money you did not need to spend. If all seals and gaskets up top are oil free then likely rear main seal or galley plugs in back of block-in either case transmission has to come out
