Noticed oil leak coming from a black looking round plug under the valve cover located on the drivers side of the valve cover. Is it hard to replace? and what would be the step by step procedure to replace it? Also notice another oil leak coming from the oil cover plate that the oil filter is attached to. Can the gasket be replaced without removing the exhaust manifold?

Its not too difficult to replace the oil cooler gasket but I have not removed the manifold to replace it. The plug at the end of the cylinder head is easy to replace on the radiator side of the engine but the rear valve cover is more difficult to remove/replace about 3 hours.
