oil leak in a 1999 mazda millenia engine on 1999 Mazda Millenia

trying to buy a mazda millenia and i was told that it needs a valve cover because he has an oil leak in the 1st cylinder. the has not over heated. what would i have to do to fix this problem and how much would it cost.

you need a valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals if it was my situation I would replace spark plugs also . each spark plug is down in valve cover and there are seals around each tube they come with valve cover gasket kit . also you should replace the spark plug boots or wires . they swell up when exposed to oil
