2001 Hyundai Santa Fe Q&A

2001 Hyundai Santa Fe Question: oil leak

how expensive is to fix an oil leak on this vehicle and it';s worth it? -
Answer 1
It all depends what the source of the leak is. If it is from the engine it could be oil seals behind the timing belt cover, valve covers, oil pressure switch, or rear main crankshaft seal. If it transmission related it could be an oil cooler line, axle seal or input shaft seal, the leak could also be power steering leak related. Each leak could have a wide range of prices to fix. The source of hte leak needs to pin pointed as to its exact location before predicting the cost of its repair. -
