oil leak on 2005 Dodge Stratus

I have oil leak, not sure if valve cover or head gasket, what are common problems

If the oil is leaking from near the top of the engine, then its probably the valve cover gasket, head gaskets don't usually leak oil they leak coolant into the cylinder

An engine Oil leak may develop at the cam sensor o-ring seal. Our technicians tell us this is often misdiagnosed as an external head gasket leak.
...and with everything clean noticed significant leak coming from torque converter cover. Is this oil leak or transmission leak. Could this be rear main seal?
